Got a question? You’re not the only one. Here are some of our frequently asked questions:

How does it work? What is included in the package? Your rental package gives you everything you need to train at home. Check out Rental Details for specifics.

Who Uses a Computrainer? Our clients are athletes of varying abilities. From triathletes and cyclists who are training for races, to those who want to stay fit in the comfort of their homes and have fun doing it.

How long can I keep it? The length of your rental is up to you. If you wish to extend the rental beyond the terms of your contract, that is easy to do.

What if I have problems working it after I start using it? Your rental comes with on-going technical support. Have a problem, just let us know. If your equipment breaks, we will replace it with another one.

What kind of computer do I need? A laptop is recommended due to its portability. If your laptop is less than two years old, it will probably work fine. Click here for more specific technical requirements.

Does it work on a Mac? Yes. We deliver our software via VMWare virtual Windows image. So it works on both Mac and PC.

I live outside of the Toronto area. Can I still rent a Computrainer? Yes but we ask that you come pick it up.

    Hi there…was wondering – is there any chance you would be willing to sell a copy of your Ironman Arizona video? I just got a used computrainer and would love to be able to ride that course.
